We are very saddened by the loss of our member, Scott Harris, who passed away on Tuesday, January 30th, 2024. Scott joined our club in October 2016 and was involved in many of our fundraising and service projects. He was a dedicated volunteer who was always willing to help a hand and jump right in. As a scholarship committee chairman for many years, he provided insight on how to best recognize the students we selected for the scholarships. He was a regular volunteer for the OKC breakfasts, Hymers, and bunwiches. His smile was infectious, and he had a heart of gold. He will be missed by his family, friends, and club members who knew and volunteered with him.
Kiwanis Club of Westfort volunteers had a great time this morning working with the Our Kids Count team serving breakfast to the Ogden Community. It was fantastic to be able to put a smile on 249 faces. Feel free to DM us if you want to know more about rewarding volunteer opportunities. ... See MoreSee Less
We are glad help out ❤️❤️ Looks like the members enjoyed it.A big thank you to the Kiwanis Club of Westfort-Thunder Bay for the donation of hotdogs and buns. They made a great after school snack. Yummy!!! We are glad you had an amazing time at the Medieval Faire at Hymers but we appreciate the leftovers you donated. 🥰 #OpportunityChangesEverything #bgccan #westfortkiwanis #westfortkiwanis #KidsNeedKiwanis ...
